Weekdays 

RM250/night 
Weekdays ~ From Monday 2pm (Check-in) to Friday 12noon (Check-out)

Weekends, Public Holidays, School Holidays 

RM350/night
Weekends ~ From Friday 2pm (Check-in) to Monday 12noon (Check-out)
Public Holidays ~ eve of public holiday 2pm (Check-in) to the day after 12noon (Check-out)

The Homestay will not be on lease in the Month of Ramadan and first 2 weeks of Syawal. 

• Booking Fee of RM50/night is payable to confirm booking.
• Please email to homestay.st@gmail for booking and payment details.
• A confirmation email will be given once booking is confirmed.
• Please print out the email for check-in.

SPECIAL PACKAGE

RM100 discount for bookings of 3 Nights or more

AVAILABILITY:

Availability is on first come first serve basis. 

Rules & Conditions:

1. No liquor, pork or any non-halal food stuff of any form are allowed in the premises. 

2. No smoking in the house & around the compound (we stand by the fatwa that SMOKING IS HARAM so smoking is considered as non-halal products).

3. Maintain the cleanliness in and outside the house. Placed all rubbish into the bins/plastics provided and throw them into the main bin outside the house upon check-out.

4. Toiletries are not (necessarily)  provided but guests are welcome to use any toiletries or cleaning/washing detergents that are available in the house.

5, Internet and WiFi connection is available.

6. Confirmation receipt will be emailed to guest upon receiving the required deposits at least a week before the check-in date. Bookings will be cancelled if no deposits is received a week (7 days) before the booking date.

7. Maximum 2 cars are allowed to park near the home and ONLY 9 pax per night.

8. Please do not make any noises that will disturb the neighbours. Any complains will give the security officer the right to revoke your entry into the neighbourhood.
